Argon oil. & when you deep condition or just conditioning period rinse out with cold water. for heat protectant use serums. & use olive oil shampoo & conditioner. it helps!

I wouldn't worry about the cold water thing as I just got done reading that it was another beauty myth. Just deep condition and stay away from heat. And don't use low heat it's worse in the long run because on a high heat setting you do it once or twice and you're done. On low heat youre doing it over and over and over and it takes up a lot of time and all your doing is building up more heat and more damage.

If you use a lot of heat products, you should reduce tht down, and after shampooing definitely condition your hair..
