Hey Cuties,
I'm looking to invest into something that helps with dark spots. I have dry to normal skin but sensitive as well. its hard to choose what's best when there's so many products and brands. I have acne around my chin area and the sides usually where some people contour around the face.

Hi Toni,
The main ingredient used to lighten dark spots is called hydroquinone. Since you mentioned you have sensitive skin and since it looks like you have darker skin from your profile picture, I would recommend against using anything with this ingredient in it as it has proven to leave light spots on what was once a dark spot on darker skin and can make your skin very photo sensitive.
Instead, a better option may be using lemon which will help brighten the skin over time, and/or glycolic acid which will aid in cell turnover, having the new bright skin underneath these spots show through. Some great brands to check out are Peter Thomas Roth and Dr. Dennis Gross.
There are also brands that have a proprietary blend of natural and organic brightening ingredients so they are great for sensitive and combination skin types. Some great brands within this range are Caudalie and Embryolisse (you can find that in the Beautylish Boutiques and they have a great fading serum that works wonders in any skin care regimen).
I hope that helps and good luck! Let us know your results!

Monsia skin care renewal system is pretty good, it can even out skin tone and moisturize. Plus it makes your skin super soft.
