I've been struggling to find the right foundation for awhile now because every foundation I've tried is too orange. I'm biracial, mostly thai so my skin has a bit more yellow undertones to it, but I'm also very light skinned. My skin is combination oily/dry and just plain problematic. An sadly I do have uneven skintone, terrible acne that can get red easily, ranging in size from barely noticable to huge. Any suggestions for products that won't make me look orange, make me breakout more and help to conceal my acne while giving my skin a more natural even tone would be helpful.

Go to Sephora, they have a machine for color matching now that should help quite a bit.

Hourglass Immaculate, It is great for clients with problematic/combo oily skin. Please go to Sephora.com and read on it! It also has skincare infused in it.. And over time helps with acne! I absolutely love it; I work at Sephora and was able to play with different shades before buying. But like Erin M. said, we have what's called a Color IQ system that will find your perfect shade of foundation with just three quick pictures, and you'll be able to sample after. Hope you can try it!

@Vanessa thanks, the pictures definitely helped. Where is estee lauder sold at? @Erin and @Chelsey ooh that sounds good. Do you do that at your sephora locations that are in retail stores also? Since the closest sephora to me not in a retail store is atleast an hour away.

Estee Lauder is sold at Nordstrom and Macy's, or try this store locator: http://www.esteelauder.com/locator/index.tmpl.

I'm not sure to be honest, I'm at a free standing store. Definitely call and ask, hopefully they do!

I tried one of the Lush Colour Supplements lately which I'm totally in love with - I had a similar problem (VERY pale skin, but with pink undertones) - They do one called Jackie Oates which is a very pale colour with yellow undertones, and it can be used either as a normal foundation/base, but can also be mixed with your daily moisturiser to create a tinted moisturiser - I find the pigmentation and staying power really good - it's worth a shot :)

I'm Chinese/Latina and I have normal to dry skin. I love loreal infallible foundation. It has yellow undertones, good coverage and it wears well :)

@Vanessa thanks so much I have a macy's close to me so I'll definitely have to check their cost. @Chelsey thanks I will, hopefully they do. @Ellie I've heard of Lush before but never checked them out. Where can I check it out at? An that sounds like a great beauty product I definitely need something with good staying power. My current foundation just does not stay. @Sonia thanks for a drugstore suggestion also since I currently can't spend a lot on makeup. I'm very mixed but since I don't like tanning I have very pale skin but definite yellow undertones. Maybe I'll try that first and see how it goes :)
