Out of all the concealers I've tried, I find the liquid concealer by elf to be the best, it also comes with a highlighter that you can dab a bit under your eyes to brighten it up, I swear by it.

Sleep. or put two spoons on the freezer overnight, then in the morning take them out and place them under your eyes.
