Please help! Terrible breakouts.

I usually only breakout every now & then & its always just one pimple. They usually last a while though atleast a month well now I've broken out in 3 different spots on my face I've been wearing all 3 for about 3 weeks already also their really red & underground. please help. I don't know what to do.

By red do you mean they feel irritated and hurt too? If so you should probably not wear makeup at much as you can, and some cold water pressed softly with a hand towel could help with the redness- as for actual acne products I have yet to find any that actually work. The Noxema clear pads work alright but are really harsh. I hope they go away soon; when I break out my blemishes scar bad.

One is hurting that's red but the other two are just slightly red. I haven't wore makeup for atleast a week & I only wash with water. I just don't understand. lol.
