Big breakout on my nose help!

So yesterday a big red zit grew on my nose and it hurts like hell and I don't know what to do and when I touch it it hurts and probably will make it worse should I just leave it alone? I don't know what to do help!!

Yeah what Megan said, make sure you wash it and plenty of ice! You could also use some hydrogen peroxide to dry it out

That or put tooth paste on it to be honest.
