I think so! I use it everyday, I'm not a mua but the shades are perfect and really pigmented. There are also tons of tutorials using just the palette to create cute looks.

I have the Lorac Pro and I just bought Vice 2 because the colors are so lushhh. I haven't used it extensively yet but I'm really liking the shades I've tried. Xsparkage did a review of the new UD products and she has a blog post with swatches. You should check it out :)

I used Ambush, Derailed, and Strike in my eye look on Monday but I can't wait to bust out the funkier colors. The Lorac Pro is amazing--the matte shades are all perfect. You get white, cream, and a pale pink which are great as brow highlights, all-over shades, and blenders and then the rest of the mattes (mauve, taupe, espresso, sable, and black) all make for great smoky eyes. The shimmer shades though-freaking amazing. They're all so rich and smooth and buttery and perfect. I would have bought this palette for the Garnet and Deep Purple alone. Before I bought Vice 2, I used nothing but the Lorac Pro for the whole summer.
