I really like the filled eyebrows. but I don't know how to achieve it. some helpful tips would be great. do you just use an eyebrow pencil,because I can't seem to male that work.

Start out with a powder or eyeshadow that best suits you. Then if you want more defined eyebrows you can also use the eyed brow pencil. At least that's what I do. Also I put some concealer under my arch to define it more.

I love Anastasia Brow Wiz because its super super thin and looks natural. Powders also look really natural but I think they're a little harder to control. Light, short strokes are best no matter what you're using to fill. The step by step above is a really good guide! I use the concealer trick when I do a bold lip.

Always make sure to have a spooly with you! :) helps to make the brush or pencil strokes more natural and blended out

I have used eyshadow & pencils in the past. My current fave to use is dip down fluid line by mac works wonders! Check YouTube for tutorials to have an idea
