My sister has homecoming next Saturday and has a lot of back acne.. Is there any product or something that she can get quickly to clear it up?

Well, in my personal case, it may not work for others but I just use soap and water. And wash it everyday and maybe she should pull her hair up so the oils from her hair doesn't go on her back.

Neutrogena grapefruit acne body wash. I used this and it cleared up in about a week.

But the problem is she has NO hygiene at all... It isn't like she doesn't know how, she just WON't... It is so frustrating..

Cetephil, the last thing someone with acne bacterias wants to do is dry the healthy skin out, that can aggravate the acne even more, there's no quick fix, but when your sister sees it as a problem, I would suggest seeing a doctor, or even better a dermatoligist!
