Post whether your routine is working for you or not and treating your skin care concerns. I thought it might be helpful for some (mostly the people w/ acne) to see what some people are using to treat their skin.
I'll start it off,
My skin type is combination/oily with clogged pores and a bit of acne.
Cleansing: Nuetrogena Deep Cleaning Foaming Cleanser
Toner: Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner
Moisturizer: Nuetrogina Sensitive Skin moisturizer
The Nuetrogena Cleanser is a big no-no in my regimen that I plan on replacing once funds allow. (Google foaming cleansers and why they are bad for skin) I plan on replacing it with Clinique cleansing balm and philosophy purity face wash.
Other than that I am happy with my toner and moisturizer. FYI Glycolic Acid is great for acne and isn't drying to the skin.

@ lisbeth I've been wanting to try the sulfur soap, but I think it will be too drying.

Skin Type: combination
I wash my face in the mornings with the cetaphil gentle cleanser, and at night with the neutrogena pore cleansing wash with benzoyl peroxide. I moisturize with cetaphill's daily moisturizer twice a day. In the morning I use a perception gel to fight acne and at night I use a prescription sulfur cream. Just started my new system recently (saw my dermatologist about 2 weeks ago) but I've seen serious improvement already.
My advice to anyone with acne prone skin, see a dermatologist! They know what's best.

Skin type: Normal to dry ( When I get careless it gets dry. ) Haven't suffered from anything ever since I used this regime..
Everything listed is made by me. I can't stand spending tons of money for something I get out of my own backyard... or something that cost me 2 dollars at most and lasts a long time.
Cleanser: Either Oatmeal, or Baking soda with water. ( Mostly oatmeal.. it's amazing. )
Toner: I make my own using Apple Cider Vinegar, Green Tea, Tea tree oil, vitamin e oil, and witch hazel.
Moisturizer: coconut oil, vitamin e oil, and almond oil, and some tea tree oil. I whipped it up and it turned into a cream. ( You can actually use this as a cream for your body. )
Treatments: My blemish treatment is a herbal spot treatment.. tea tree oil, or I pop an advil, tylenol, whatever gel cap and it'll be gone by the next day or throughout the day.
Mask: I put on honey with oatmeal [ again oatmeal is amazing ]
Scrub: I use oatmeal or mix some brown sugar with honey and olive oil.
