I never some helping with a routine as I posted with my new routine to help my atm breakouts and girlies said it was to harsh :/ I'm really fair with quite sensitive skin, my routine was tea tree foaming facial wash morn/night followed by an anti bac moisturiser on acne then simples light moisturiser (as face feels quite tight after wash) I was using st ives blemish scrub with salicylic acid x3 times a week then clay mask with salicylic acid and witch hazel x 3 times a week is this to much? How do I reduce it but still fight my acne? Also what is a refining treatment? I bought a dead sea refining treatment today, its pearlescent but I don't really know what its for? Please give me some advice girls I'm so stuck! Its confusing and my forehead is getting me down 😒 xxx

Holy cow that's a lot of intense ingredients. tea tree and witch hazel are both very drying on the skin plus salicylic acid on top of that is going to cause irritation. honey is a great acne treatment because its antibacterial but its also hydrating unlike the other ingredients you're using. rose and lavender will not only bring balance to your skins sebum production but it will also calm any redness and swelling from breakouts.

I would use a cleansing milk at night with some of these ingredients and only use your antibacterial moisturizer when your broken out.

I use the tea tree face wash but only once a day. And it's the only acne fighting product I use (your using quite a few different ones at once). You could keep the tea tree face wash but get rid if everything else. At night when you want to wash your face and remove makeup you can use an oil. Hemp seed oil is the most non pore clogging oil you can find. It has a rating of 0 out of a possible 5 in terms of clogging pores whereas coconut oil has a rating of 4. It also balances your skins pH levels. For a moisturizer at any time (day/night/always) use a little bit of this hemp seed oil. Also acne can only be cures from the inside out. Try avoiding dairy, sugar, gluten, and processed foods. Don't eat deli turkey meat because it has an overload of hormones and will throw yours off. Try drinking a warm cup of distilled or mineral water with the juice of a whole lemon squeezed in every morning 30 minutes before you eat breakfast. That has been a cure for LOTS of people's acne as lemons are a detoxifier.

Honestly, I would see a dermatologist. It's obvious that your skin routine isn't working, and it should be with that many acne fighting ingredients. Go to the dermatologist, have them prescribe a product for the morning and a product at night, and don't use anything they don't tell you to. They know best, and prescription acne medicine will fight acne better than anything you could purchase at a drugstore. I'd also like to recommend the cetaphil daily moisturizer. It's what my derm had me buy and it doesn't clog my pores or anything. Make sure to use it TWICE a day. I can't emphasize how important it is to moisturize both in the morning and a night. Hope this helps. (: I used so many products before seeing a dermatologist, and it's just a waste of money. Schedule an appointment ASAP.

When you have acne bacteria, you need to go back to basics, I completely agree, cetephil is a great mousterizer and they also make face, 5 percent benzyl peroxide, found in any drug store will help your acne. if I understand correctly, you use a lot of different things, you find your self getting discouraged when you don't see results and then keep at it more and more. unfortanately and I know ita tough, but yoy have to have patience when it comes to acne, when you put a lot of different things on your face, your skin freaks out, sort of like if you eat something and it makes you sick, your skin also purges! good luck girl,, I used to have horrible acne so I can relate
