I've been constantly dying my hair, I know it's so bad :(. My hair is starting to shed like crazy. If I put a lot of coconut oil in my hair will it repair my hair? It's not too damaged, which I'm amazed because I dyed my hair like 15 times >.< in 2 months. Also, will it make my hair color fade? I have red dyed hair! Ty :)

STOP DYING YOUR HAIR. Not permanently, just while you're trying to repair it.
Coconut oil only does so much, but it will help. Try reducing/ completely eliminating heat and rinsing your hair off in cold water right after your conditioner! If you're worried about hair loss, try a garlic shampoo

Its wierd because I know some people who dye their hair ALOT and when I touch it, it feels so dry and sometimes it looks very fried. But a lot of people tell me my hair is still soft and looks very silky which is surprising lol!

I'm a red head as well. I dye my hair about 3-4 times a year. I use loreal hi color or hicolor hilift. Check it out. Found only in beauty supply stores. It lifts your hair color without having to bleach it which allows the color to last longer. Also consider not washing your hair so much. It might sound gross but it will preserve your hair. You look like your hair is always straight so try dry shampoo and a natural cleansing system and don't use as much shampoo, that's what really rinses the color out. I'm a curly girl so I don't wash my hair often. Maybe 1-2times every two weeks. Sounds gross but I don't put product in my hair. Just be more conscious of what your putting In your hair cause when you wash it it can assist in stripping the color. Do natural masks but don't overdo it. Red is a commitment but we don't want wonder color and damaged hair. Good luck :)

Yeah! I used loreal hi color too! But my hair didn't get as red as yours :( so I just dyed it back to a more darker red so it looks a little more natural and not too dead

Stop dying your hair with permanent color. to brighten your red when it fades use manic panic or any semi color. you can also mix with conditioner to keep it from fading... and nothing completely repair hair it just makes it feel a little better. if you have split ends you need to get them cut. and use shampoo and conditioner with keratin in it and hair masks. leave them on for like 5 to 10 min and rinse with cold water.
