Did you use any new products (makeup/skincare)? or have eaten anything?because if you are sure it aint pimples then it can only be an allergic reaction to something you ate or used on your skin.

Its some kind of contra - indication might be allergy, the start of acne or maybe eczema which means use sensitive skin products and spot creams :-)

To me it seems like pimples... it looks like when they start growing, but I mean the kind of really big and extremely annoying pimples, which are usually red, kinda painfull and it takes them some time (longer than normal) to really create the white top. Sometimes they even don't create it and you know it really sucks. So maybe try to wait but if you are really sure that it isn't pimles it can be some allergy like ladies said. In every case the dermatologist will help you the most :)

I agree with lynzie...looks like cystic acne. that can be from a bad reaction to a product, detergent, and/or food. go to the docs.
