I doubt it'll do any harm if that is what you are worried about, however for your face you should use a moisturiser aimed for that area. Your skin needs moisture to stay healthy. If it lacks moisture, it becomes dry and cracked. This can allow for harmful bacteria to enter your skin and could cause infections.

The ingredients are nothing beneficial. This stuff never touched the skin of my three kids. Loaded with yuckiness. :( Just because it says "safe for babies" doesn't mean its necessarily good.

I ran out of my moisturizer for like a week and it was sold out and I basically used baby lotion instead and it was amazing and smooth! I wouldn't recommend using it forever even though it's good for babies, your face is such a sensitive part of your body! So for a limited time no bigg! There's so many amazing face moisturizers too!
