Grow your hair out by using mane n tail shampoo! Then curl your hair once it's really ling.

Start off with blowdrying your hair with a round brush for the curls at the bottom, then section hair and curl into loose waves but leave the top layer, backcomb/ tease lightly under the top layer and at the crown with hairspray :)
