Baby powder in your hair for 2nd day hair works good for getting out oil or you could use a dry shampoo.

I have the same problem /: don't put any products in your roots besides shampoo, you can try adding corn starch to the roots of your hair where it's oily on the second day. it won't make you smell like a baby, like baby powder does, and not as costly as dry shampoo. just make sure to rub it in. it absorbs all the oil.

Sulfate free shampoo and silicone free conditioner, argan oil shampoo/conditioner by pro naturals is really good and available in the UK but not sure if in drugstores.
