How to play up eyes?

Hello ladies! I recently bought a lipstick from the Wet n' Wild Fregie collection (picture below) & was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to how I would play up my eyes without it being overwhelming. Thanks!!

This would be perfect. Love the little black in the outer corners. Intensified neutral eye so it won't overpower the lipstick
