This might work for you!

Natural baking soda facial
Baking soda mixed with lemon juice is also used as a natural cleanser even for around the house. Apply it to the zit and it should zap it over night. It might take awhile, but it works.
Also, you can research a honey mask and they have plenty.

Honey and yogurt, honey and sugar, TOMATO and sugar, lemon and sugar!
