How can I get rid of them or reduce redness?

I'm sorry I don't know anything about zits I get eczema instead but I know YouTube has lots of videos about it.

Buy tea tree oil and put it on a hot Q- tip and hold it there do this before you go to bed if you wake up and they're still there use a piece of ice to get rid of redness and reduce swelling.
