My hair has been falling out like crazy, I would run my hands through it and a strand of hair will fall out, its worst when I comb it. why is this happening? or is there anyway I could stop the fall out?

Whenever I get my hair cut it tends to fall out less. Maybe try using a different shampoo and it'll make your hair stronger

Yeah I was thinking that because I remember my mom telling me that long ago but got my haircut almost 2 months ago. Do you recommed any shampoos?

Different shampoo should help! If not, it could be from stress. Try to relax a bit more :) I recommend using a hair mask or deep conditioning once a week. This should help strengthen and soften your hair.

There are cheap hair products at target. I forget what it's called but it's like non fallout? Idkk but you should invest in that.

Massage your scalp and us hydrating treatments like coconut oil, castor oil or argan oil (I use a hair mask by pro naturals that's really good for hair fall) and make sure not to brush or comb your hair too often.
