I'd do a more settle winged liner but I like the red on you
Maybe ditch the bandana but leave your bangs (or vice versa) to make it not a so obvious that you're doing a pin-up look, but people get the idea of a pin - up look

Flick up the wing a bit more (winged eyeliner should be pointed to your eyebrow) and maybe use a dark gray eyeshadow on your waterline instead of liquid liner, it'll be the same look just more subtle :) very pretty!!
