I use smashbox 15h wear foundation and its absolutely perfect for my skin (which sounds a lot like that). But for concealer, don't use the smashbox one, try benefits fake-up. It only has 3 or 4 shade choices but its the best concealer I've ever used, hydrating but not shiny or oily. x
