I think I'm leaning more toward a brown, because I have blue eyes and I want them to pop, would that work?

Yes I probably would want to go back to blonde but right now I'm sick of it:/ I really like that color!! So is that like a medium golden brown with highlights?

Maybe some greyish light brown with dark/blond stripes? And makeup: fill your brows perfectly because then... Magic happens.

I said Medium Brown but it's actually a Dark Blonde shade. I use Ion products and I do my own hair. If you've never done it, I don't really recommend it. I just got lucky and everything came out right the first time I did it a few years ago and haven't been back to a salon since. Lol I DO recommend the Ion brand if your salon carries it. The colors & products I use:
Base Color:
- Ion Color Brilliance DEMI (not Semi) Permanent Hair Color in Dark Golden Blonde with 10-Volume Developer
*If you can request demi perm color at your salon, I recommend it. I feel like my highlights are brighter and do less damage to my hair because it uses a low developer.
*I can only wash my hair 1-2 times a week or it dries out, so I don't worry about the color fading...I've never had my hair fade before I color it again after 5-6 months. If you do wash your hair frequently, you may want to get permanent color or try demi and go to permanent if it fades too quickly.
Bleach:
- Ion Color Brilliance Powder Lightener with 30-Volume Developer
*I get ZERO damage with this stuff!
Highlights:
- Ion Color Brilliance Permanent Creme Hair Color in Light Golden Blonde with 30-Volume Developer
- Ion Color Brilliance Permanent Creme Hair Color in Lightest Ash Blonde with 40-Volume Developer
I also use a pre-color treatment, after color treatment, and stain barrier creme.
