@emily I held my hair as if it was going to be a high ponytail. Then with my other hand put the bandana around my hair and then twisted it so the hair Is completely covered. Then I wrapped it up in a bun shape and tied the ends together. Would anybody be interested in a quick video since its hard to explain.

Thanks everyone. I just put up the video. It's not great my first vid and I'm not at home but I think it explains the process enough. If you do It on damp hair make sure it's completely dry before you take it out.
