Tircep dips are very good to tone the back of your arms...push ups are good too...

Triceps dips, you don't need a chair. Make a tabletop with your hands making a diamond on the floor behind you, and raise your butt off the ground. You can use light dumbbells to do kickbacks and overhead raises. Look them up on the Internet.
