Get the Brow Enhancing Serum from Anastasia. I think it was about 30 something dollars but its worth it.

Hey jess I had the same issue my sister came 2years ago from saudi and told me to try this she said it has natural ingredients like protein something like that hehe and she said apply this 2 times a week believe it or not ever since my eyebrow hair they started getting a little fuller to the point I could see a shape :D I'm happy she did present it to me :D I've seen it on Amazon.

People say putting vaseline does nothing but I completely disagree. it totally helps.
