Apply liquid foundation with upward strokes and powder in circular strokes. That should help.

Nope. Upward will push the hairs up so it gets more on your skin then the hair. Then light downwards to smooth the hair down. That's what I do but you use a sponge I don't know what you use

You could try nair. But make sure you test it on a small area first. Or wax it.

There's this thing that bubzbeauty uses. it's some kind of twist n roller that pulls hair out.
I use it and it works pretty well!
