Well I live on a farm so I usually wash my hair every night or every other night and its still soft and shiny, but I do have really strong and thick hair so maybe it doesn't effect my hair as much?

Due to me having natural hair and it being very dry, I co wash my hair 1 every week. If you're wondering what co wash is it's using conditioner no shampoo. Shampoo is harsh on our hair, so I use conditioner to retain softness and somewhat of a curl pattern.

I have very oily hair naturally so if I don't wash it every day it becomes unmanageable and I know you are not supposed to wash it every day but I don't have a choice.
