What I sometimes do after my shower at night and I want it straightish is I put it in a low side ponytail and put hair bands down about one inch apart. it comes out a little wavy but it works :)

Curl your hair and put rollers in, try not to do this before you go to sleep; its really uncomfortable! :) x

Ahh..sorry, my bad, in this case, spray with water to make it damp and blow dry it using a round brush, it should stay like that for sometime, but just to be sure, go over the top layer of your hair with straighteners! :) x
