Get it cut regularly , don't use blow dry or heat style, and deep condition and use hair masks.

Doing hot oil massages really helps! Heat up some olive oil or coconut oil in the microwave for 30 secs then massage into scalp and put some on the ends of hair. Leave it on anywhere from 2 hours to overnight and then shampoo as usual, but you may have to shampoo twice. Do this a couple times a week and your hair should be healthier and grow! Also eat a good diet, limit heat use, brush it carefully and have patience! :)

My hair takes forever to grow to! But lately I've been putting it in tight ponytails & buns! And it seams to help!

Deep condition, lay off heat, heatless hair (curls braids buns twists ponytails) also don't brush your hair when wet because it causes breakage, also drink water and eat proteins like turkey sandwhich instead of junk food.

No heat for awhile, or anything that'll tug your hair like extensions. Use mane n tail, trust me, I did this for a couple of months and my hair grew soooo long it was worth going natural for awhile 😌

If your lazy like me, try biotin! It really works, and try protective styles to save your ends.

Get a really good conditioner and avoid using heat. There are other methods of straightening and curling hair that you can try :)

That's what everybody calls me! Honestly just make sure that your hair is trimmed (to keep it healthy), try not to use heat and wash your hair every other day because shampoo and conditioner can be stripping. Also I like keratin conditioners because they make your hair so soft!
