I've had plain, straight, volume less hair all of my life. A month ago I parted my hair to the side and got a slight fringe. I messed around with parts and am going to keep it that way. I just want to cut my hair so there's more volume on top, and also with some sort of fringe. I like the scene or emo hair (not colored, and not too huge), but I don't want to damage my hair.I'm just soo confused after reading through everything. Any thoughts? :)

Have some short layers put through but keep your length.. Gives more volume and texture.. Have fun you have lovely hair anyway :) xx

You definitely need short layers for the volume look. I think if you took off a couple inches it would make your face glow too. :)
