How should I get my hair cut?

I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow and I'm trying to grow it out, but I want a change. When it is straight it goes just below my shoulder blade but when it's curly (my natural hair) It's only just below my shoulders, I'm thinking of just getting some layers, will they suit me? Or should I just get a trim?

I'm trying to grow out my hair too so I would just get a trim but if you can wait a little longer definitely get layers that's what I got before I decided to grow out my hair! Hope I helped you :)

From the pictures I think straight fits you best so go with the layers!
