You need protein treatments and fillers to repair, Aphogee has a two step treatment that has worked wonders on my over processed hair.

If your natural color was dark, you're going to have to dye it. Bleach isn't dying, and therefore you can strip it out. You've already stripped it out. Deep condition and don't use heat for a bit, then find a dye that matches your natural color.
