Careful with lemons, they are very acidic which can deteriorate your enamel.

Brush your teeth normally, and if you have any mouth rinses wait until the very end of the whole process, unless you have before rinse then do it before you brush your teeth,anyways... Just brush your teeth... Then put some baking soda on your ELECTRIC(!!) tooth brush. Brush on the spots with the discolor, then spit it out ( it might be a little salty) and rinse with some water. When that is done take a dry cloth and rub it in your teeth. Then do your after brushing mouth rinse ;)

I'm a dental hygienist and if you want to whiten the most effective way is to use products your dentist recommends...I would not use the lemon juice its very acidic and not good for the enamel of your teeth.

I use hydrogen peroxide and apply it with a q tip, then brush normally. It works really well. I do it once every 1-2 weeks. I also wouldn't recommend the lemon or the strawberries... I don't have experience using either but they're both very acidic and could ruin your enamel.

Melinda is bicarbonate of soda ok to use?

Nothing wrong with a toothpaste that has it as an ingredient but I wouldn't mix your own just because it can be very abrasive. The people who make the tooth paste have the right amount mixed in.
