How do I cover this up help!

I've been desperately trying to cover this up I've tried hard candy glamoflauge and many other concealers. Do any of you know a good concealer that is fast and easy that won't smudge and cover this up and sit nicely under power and not look cakey? Thanks.

The elf concealer pallete works pretty good for 3 dollars. And it has 4 colors

Try kryolan derma color camouflage cream. It is really effective and long lasting. It's what some make up artists use to cover birth marks & tattoo marks. It doesn't cake and it doesn't feel heavy :)

I second Sonia Kashuk concealer palette. It is amazing. It comes with three different colors of concealer and a powder. I just hit pan on my powder :(
