It's normal to have breakouts, but they are gross & embarrassing. What you can do is make healthier food choices & drink a lot of water. Try exfoliating your skin & changing your bed sheets/pillow cases every once in a while. Your conditioner may be the cause of your breakouts. I recently order the Neutrogena clear body spray & I've read some review online saying that it works. Not immediately, you have to use it daily but you'll see a huge difference. I'll have to try it out myself when I receive it. I'll let you know. (: & good luck!

One thing I found and loved was phisoderm body wash. They stopped carrying it in my local store but this stuff was simply amazing.

Maybe eBay has it or Amazon. If you can find it, definitely try it. It was so worth it for me.

The reason bodily break outs are so hard to cure is because they can become infected with yeast which won't allow them to heal. The best thing to use is products with benezyol peroxide, they clear up the yeast and then the acne. Clean and clear makes a face wash called continuous control and it has 10% benezyol peroxide, the highest percentage you'll find in stores. Also they make a lotion in a small tube called persa 10 gel which has 10% benezoyl peroxide, and you can use it where ever on your body. Also be sure to drink lots of water and eat antioxidant rich foods. Drinking regular decaf Green tea can do wonders! 3 cups a day and you can see results in about a week or two.

Yeah I agree it's not working but I guess it's better than nothing. I sprayed some of the neutrogena body clear body spray on my back like 30 minutes ago. Hopefully if I apply it everyday it will help. Most of the time the bumps on my back don't have a head so it is harder to heal in my opinion.

I tried the Neutrogenas Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent and it worked great on my chest and I think its helping my back too! Maybe you can try that(:

I don't like that toner for some reason. But I have the acne stress control toner from neutrogena so I will try that too.

I use the body spray twice (once before bed and once after my shower) and it works pretty well. I still have breakouts but the Neutrogena spray helps to reduce the scars from past ones. bacne sucks a lot though :P.

Add tea tree oil to your body wash and avoid any moisturizer with mineral oil or parabens as they often cause clogged pores. Tea tree oil is inexpensive and a little goes very far. Any pharmacy/drug store/vitamin joint should have it.

Also.

don't use percale sheets. Only pure cotton permits the skin to breath. Percale causes some peeps to perspire while asleep.
