I really don't think there's a way to lighten lips..you wouldn't want to bleach them. but, you could put concealor on them, let it sit, then put on a light pink lipstick/gloss. the concealor will make them look lighter. goodluck!

Thnx a lot girls.. I will surely try sugar honey scrub...m sick of everyone coming n asking me that my lips outline is so dark.. do licking lips agn n.agn make thm darker?? what's your fav. lips balm?

Deffinetly don't lick your lips, that will make them chapped and chapped lips are darker lips, use a good Chapstick like Carmex or even Vaseline so you won't lick them.
