I hears that putting your hair in braids every night and sleeping on them makes your hair grow faster! And you'll get wavy hair when you wake up too :) also just the basics stay away from heat, ya know haha :$

I just did a little research and many people say that 5,000 works amazing but 10,000 is like crack for your hair :o we're only allowed to take one a day cause its too much but I didn't know and took two -.- but yeah people say that it works amazing?

Biotin, vitamin e, water, scalp massages, or even flip your hair over when you shampoo etc. because it stimulates blood flow. And remember trims will not help hair grow.

I agree with Samantha B.

@Noelle don't you mean trims will help your hair grow? Cuz its true it will. When for instance we have split ends it slows the growth of our hair. Then once you get hair trimmed it helps to grow out. :)

@linda. Trims are at your tips, hair grows from the scalp. The trims just get rid of split and dead ends, the split and dead ends break off giving the appearance of the hair not growing. Trims don't help your hair grow at all. Some people trim more than your haor grows, making your hair shorter in the long run.

I heard that taking pregnancy vitamins helps.

Prenatal vitamins, they seriously work, actually faster than biotin too.

Trims don't necessarily help hair to grow. Your hair grows from your scalp, not the tips. But if you have damaged hair, the tips keep splitting off so it makes it seem as your hair isn't growing. If you trim them and have healthy hair, the tips won't break off and you'll be able to see the hair growth! :)
