I think it's for both but just make sure it doesn't cause acne if you put it on your face!

I use it both. In the winter I use it on my face and body. Summer I only use it on my body. It's soo moisturizing. :)

Julissa, it doesn't make me break out. I have really sensitive skin and I've had no problems with it. It just a bit heavy so I'd only recommend it at night. Or if you have really dry skin. :)
