Thankfully I was blessed not to have Eczema on my face, but I have it on the back of my legs, and its not very great to have on your legs when your wearing shorts in summer, I've been given cream by doctors and bought some from shops, but does anyone know any really good working cream or any tips to get rid of Eczema or make it less noticable?X.

My bro has it on his fingers and feet... Well "Fucidin" is a good cream. My bro uses it and it kinda burns the germs but you can't feel the pain like... It doesn't really burn your skin... He's 10 and he uses it and he has no allergy reactions! Hope I helped.

The doctors should prescribe you something which is suitable and best for your skin, I've never suffered with eczema thankfully but I've heard sudocrem reduces and helps a lot, hope it gets better soon!

Neosporin has a lotion for eczema and it cleared mine in 3 days. You can find it at the pharmacy in Walmart by the bandaids.

Same Vivian I've tried everything too, I was prescibed two types of fucidin from doctor but it never works, its not as bad as when I was like 6/7 but its still noticable, my mum useto put some fucidin cream then wrap clingfilm around it ,it did actually work but it stopped after a while! I get it most badly on my legs although I get it on my arms too but you can't see it. )):

Use what doctors have given you, but try sleeping with the areas encased in Saran Wrap. This will make a world of difference...and yes, that will include wrapping your torso since it's on your back. Generic brand plastic cling wrap is best for this sort of thing. I'd also incorporate Organic Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil into my skin care. With steroid creams you need to be mindful of skin folds..any area where flesh bends is more sensitive. Additionally..they can cause thinning of the skin which often leads to stretch marks. Your doctor could best explain this and would know if this should be of concern to you.

I have eczema also. In the crook of my arms and on my neck and eyelids sometimes. Try using Neosporin eczema essentials lotion and body wash. They really work! And ask your dermatologist about Protropic. It's steroid free and works if you use it once daily. 😉

Dead Sea salt is good for eczema, and it can sometimes cure it completely.
