I've been trying to grow out my hair for the longest time, and I have been taking gold care of it and trimming it. So I'm going to try taking fish oil pills, to help it grow. Does it actually work though? I'm really trying to get my hair this length.

I have read that it does help hair grow while providing many other health benefits. I want to try that too soon so matbe start without me and check back to measure its effectiveness?

My aunt is a hairdresser and she highly recommends them, she and my mom actually take them and they do help ( and make your nails stronger too)

Fish oil contain Omega 3 fatty acids which are essential nutrients for our body...Fish oil does help in making hair healthier from its follicles or roots but research has not really proved how good it is for faster hair growth...Biotin is a better option as a supplement for faster hair growth!!

Instead of using fish oil try crushing prenatal vitamins and putting it in your shampoo! Itlk give your hair incredible length and lots of shine! Thats how everyone in my family gets their hair to grow.

If you are not deficient, supplements won't do anything. especially hair cannot grow faster than one cm a month.

Fish oil contains a lot of fatty acid that will allow the fish oil to add lots of luster and plenty of sheen, also thicken the hair.
