Try out a trim or Whey from Sephora :-). They have some oils/washes that help split ends.

I loveeee to use coconut oil. It works miracles. Just apply it generously to the ends of your hair. (: But maybe you should get those ends snipped so they don't travel up the hair and ruin all your hair.

There is many things you can do to moisturize hair to prevent split ends but nothing but a trim will fix them.

Trim. Condition. Protect. Don't put a bandaid on a bullet hole with products that mask the problem.
