I have it really bad when it gets cold out on my legs and arms, I usually use cortisone which helps a lot.

Eczema is painfully itchy and it can be treated with something.called triceram cream, this is a non-steroid cream with a ceramide base, allowing the skin to repair.
Also balloon vine extract is an anti-inflammatory that can also help and it is available in gel form if that helps, if you want pictures, let me know x

Once a week I put apple cider vinegar on my legs to help with the itching and I use a mixture of e oil and Shea butter to help with the discoloration. It really works and it makes my skin feel smooth.

I had it on my arms really badly but I used the Boots essentials cucumber moisturiser and it has been like a miracle worker - and it's only about?1.50!

Apple cidar helps if you need a DEEP clean! It hurts sometimes but its helped me! I have a perscriped cream it starts with a tab... And what not, try not to use heavily scented things as it could cause irritation, use dove original soap to wash urself!
