Hi ladies!! I need help finding a great concealer. I have severe dark purple under eye circles. they are genetic and I am very pale! anyway I use Neutrogena right now and it does an OK job. I just feel that there must be something out there that works better for severe cases. I'm open to all advice and in fact need it BAD! Also if anyone knows of something to correct them instead of just hide them please tell me!!

I have dark circles too, and I never found a concealer that worked, so what I do now is apply my foundation, then use a corrector, then foundation. The corrector I currently use is the Maybelline under eye circle concealer in the brightening shade. Its very pink/white, so it completely hides the circles, and then my concealer evens out the color. I believe the Maybelline concealer is supposed to treat the circles also, but to be honest I haven't noticed that. But I also used the clique under eye cream and it seemed to help a little.

Correctors! They work wonders. I have very dark under eye circles as well. They are genetic and I don't remember a day without having them.
To cancel out that dark purple/bluish tint to your circles, use a straight orange corrector! I have one by NYX. It works amazing. Sometimes I do it before foundation. Other times I do it right before applying my concealer. It just depends on the day! Hope this helps!

I agree with Renny! Bobbi brown and eve pearl have a wide range of correcters for the palest and darkest skin tones.
