BB cream! It feels light on your skin and has good coverage :)

BB cream is better for your skin but it doesn't offer much coverage. If you have many blemishes a foundation may be better. Some foundations have spf in them.

It depends what you want. BB offers less coverage and usually have more skin benefits, while foundation offer much more coverage. I know people who have a lot of acne prefer foundation because it covers it up better, while people who have clearer skin but still want even tone/SPF/little coverage prefer bb cream.
