Yeah that had happened to me and still I haven't found a toner that I like!

There's a like of skin care products you can buy at Nordstrums called Mario Bedescu (or something like that haha!) and his products are skin gold! They're awesome, never had any problems with them. Try asking for a sample of one of his toners.

I make my own toner using rose water and witch hazel. The rose water helps with scars and the witch hazel helps with oil and sweating. Just equal parts of both.
