I have tried everything! Nothing works! I need products that would work for my skin: I have huge pores , blackheads on my nose chin and forehead , pimples( sometimes big), and t zone, cheeks, and forehead are very oily. I am 13 years old and I need help for my skin.

There are no miracle products, only miracle REGIMENS. Seeing as you seem to have acne prone, oily combo skin, I recommend a regimen such as Clinique's 3 step program http://www.clinique.com/product/1685/5298/Skincare/3-Step-Kit-with-Facial-Soap-Combination-Oily-and-Oily-Skin-Types/index.tmpl
you seem like a perfect candidate for it and it has all that you need to get rid of all that youre describing, as long as you stick to it. There's no one product that will get rid of all your woes, and if you have acne prone skin it's most likely sensitive skin - which means that if youre trying one harsh product it's gonna make you worse. The key is to use gentle products with benefits that work over time. Clinique is dermatologist tested/recommended and I think youd have success with that. Haha I sound like a clinique peddler.
If not somethin already put together for you like that, I recommend an efficient makeup remover (makeup is a factor in getting bacteria inside those pores..you dont want all that artificial stuff sitting on your face, melting into your pores..you MUST remove it efficiently the moment you no longer need it) that is also gentle..I use Loreal's Skin Genesis makeup removing face wash/cleanser. It's a very gentle cleanser that removes all my makeup, even eye makeup, and it's dermatologist tested. I use it as a sort of pre-wash/makeup remover. Then, for my combination skin (oily parts with dry parts) I use Origin's Checks and Balances - I reallyyyy recommend this, especially since you say you have combo skin also. Then I use a gentle exfoliator for my entire face, Bliss' Pore Perfecting Facial Polish. Then I use a blackhead scrub for my nose (where I have my blackheads), Clean & Clear's Blackhead Scrub, leave it on there for 30 seconds, then remove. Then I use Witch Hazel toner (available at any drugstore and good for all skin types - it even made the dry parts of my face improve) which will further clean out your pores and then finally after that some good OIL-FREE moisturizer on your entire face - even the oily parts! I recommend Clinique's dramatically different moisturizing gel, it's for combo oily skin (it's part of the regimen I recommended first). Also a tip is to use warm water and kind of steam your face before you begin washing it because that opens up the pores so that the stuff you use penetrates them better. and use cold water when youre finishing up, to seal 'em.
Also the stuff you put on your face, such as makeup, creams, etc must all be oil-free and you wanna look for labels such as 'dermatologist recommended/non-comedogenic (which means it wont cause comedones - which is a fancy word for acne). I STRESS on the oil-free part, since people like us are already oily, we dont need more foreign oils. And make sure you never skip the moisturizer - your face will produce more oil if it doesnt get the moisture it needs. Oh and obviously a good diet helps, but I understand you cant be total perfection all the time, but you caaaaaan perfect your skin regimen!

Oh and I forgot! You also want to steam your face about once every week, for about 3 minutes and then apply a face mask such as any Lush face mask that addresses your acne problems (such as the cupcake mask), or ive heard a lot of good stuff about Queen Helene's Mint Julep mask available at drug stores. Make sure to follow up the mask with toner and moisturizer after you remove it, and you can do this instead of washing your face one evening a week.

Lemons are great for killing bacteria and revealing radiant skin. Simply soak a cotton pad in fresh lemon juice and use it to tone your face. Let the juice sit for about 10-15 minutes before rinsing. This is great for removing dead skin.
Moisturise your face with The Body Shop Vitamin C Skin Boost it contains Amazonian camu camu berry, which is known to have one of the highest contents of vitamin C in nature. Antioxidant vitamin C brightens skin, encourages collagen production, improves elasticity, and works along with skin-softening vitamin E to protect skin from environmental aggressors.

Ive never tried a clarasonic but it sounds like an awesome investment if you have the money! But the actual stuff you put on your face is more important than the tool youre using, whether its your hands or a clarisonic. I'd say right now it's just an accessory that you dont need as much as a new regimen

I use to have the same problem. I used the clinique 3 step for a very long time and it made a bit of a change, enough for me to stick by it, but my skin was still really red and had consisten pimples. Ive also tried many other high end acne cleansers that didnt seem to make much of a difference. Then i bought a clarisonic and now my skin is so much better. Warning, for about the first few weeks to a month, your skin will not be fantastic, but just stick with it and after a month or two my skin has drastically changed. My general complexion is much clearer and more radiant, less red and a very large percentage of my pimples have gone away. I still get pimples from time to time but its so much better than it use to be. I would also recommend mario badescu products. But i still recommend that you research all the different options before buying a clarisonic to make sure that its right for you.

okay i'm way older than you but recently been slapped in the face with adult acne. I never had acne as a teenager so at 29 I was freaking out because my face wasn't "perfect" anymore. Any who, make sure you have a clear regimen and wash your face in the morning and night. You don't have to spend tons of money on expensive products because most of them usually don't work. You should try something a little more affordable. The products that I use are the L'Oreal 360 ( Anti-breakout) and clean and clear deep cleaning astringent. Every other day I would lightly use the St. Ives Face scrub in gentle to take the dead skin away. Oh the most important thing you have to do is drink water. I hope this helps and good luck!

From personal experience I would advise taking 3 sea kelp tablets a day. It helps to dry your skin a bit out and its natural, you can buy it from health stores (if in UK Holland and Barratt). It helps your hair grow too :0). And try not to wear too much product on your hair. When you go to sleep wax, mousse etc gets on to your pillow case and then as you move around in your sleep you get it in your face! This can add to acne problems. Other than that a healthy diet - be careful with lemon juice, while it does remove oil it can irritate and strip skin in some cases, maybe dilute it with water. Hope this helps, and don't let things go on too long, go to a dermatologist, they will help you - thats what I did.

Hey Madison! I came across your discussion and I couldn't help but make a post! For the past 3 or 4 years I had suffered from terrible acne, I'm probably over exaggerating but it was pretty bad. Today I have the skin I've always wanted and barely get a single break out. I've developed a sort of skin plan that I'll walk you through quickly.
Mornings:
Before you apply your makeup splash your face with cold water then dry. Do this 3 times. It will close your pores so they won't get clogged by the makeup and it will also help wake you up! I usually use a toner after this as well. Before I apply my make up however, I apply 3 layers of Aveno cream to hydrate my face. I wait for each layer to dry before applying another.
Nights:
I use dead sea acne clear face wash and I absolutely recommend it 100%. It really does help clear my face and it smells really nice! Anyway, after taking your makeup off and washing (any wash with beads will do as well, like morning burst) (also make sure you wash with warm water to open up your pores) I will sometimes also put on my dead sea face mask which really helps get any junk out of my pores, which will cause a break out or two but it is so worth it. If not I use the dead sea Night moisturizer cream. Every other night I will take rubbing alcohol and put it on a face wipe and rub it into my skin, it helps fight infection! I then use ozonol on any imperfections or breakouts I may have or feel coming on, I don't rub it in.
Also, if you eat junk, you will break out. You have to make sure to drink a lot of water and eat well. Since becoming a vegetarian even, I've noticed a difference. You can also take multi vitamins and zink! I recommend going to see a dermatologist about your skin as well as everyone's is different. Another thing, when buying any face products make sure there is no oil in it! This will make you break out for sure! Try going for mineralized makeup.
If you are staying at a friend's or are out late and don't want to wash your face try OXY pads. It will dry any imperfections that may come up over night but I don't recommend it for everyday use as it will make you skin dry. I hope this helped!

use
clinique 3 step skincare line
then use anti blemish serum that dries out the pimples and blackheads
if that doesnt work go to a comstician who can get rid of your blackheads and pimples and acne and do you a facial each month
good luck!

Wow I have combo acne prone skin too and I'm also 13 :D
What I would recommend is St. Ives Green Tea Scrub, I use it everyday and it really made most of my acne go away and not come back. It also controlled my oil so now I have clear, dry-ish (sometimes still oily on hot days) skin. It smells good, brightens up your skin, and it's about $5 at most stores. You can buy it at any drugstore like CVS Pharmacy or even Walmart. Hope this helps. :)))))
