You can also wear your hair in a braid at night to reduce breakage and its also a great way to get heat free curls

When you're in the shower, really scrub your scalp and use a lot of shampoo :) My hair is kinda thick so I sometimes have the same problem! Hope that helps!!

Putting smashed up parental pills in your shampoo is supposed to work really well! someone made the post about it I think yesterday.

Make sure you don't wash it every day. Once every two days or less. Leaving the natural oils in your hair will make it healthier and after a little bit of time of washing it less it'll become less greasy.

I take biotin & prenatal vitamins.. I personally don't like the mane n' tail.. I prefer dove (nourishing the yellow label) I also trim my ends every other month.

Use only sulfate free shampoo. Get 1/4 inch trimmed off the ends every month.
