Okay so for certain reasons I am not allowed to dye my hair with dye or koolaide but I can naturally lighten it! I want highlights, does anyone know anything that works?? Remember no dye or anything like that (lemon is okay) please help!!

Yes chamomile lightens the hair beautifully , there many hair sprays with has it:)
