My hair is very thick and naturally curly. My ends are dry and coarse. whenever I wear my hair down naturally its poofy and feels almost weighted down from product. without product my hair gets extremely frizzy. what are some hair products that define the curls while keeping my hair under control. my hair stylist also suggested I look in mixed hair products even though my hair isn't mixed. what are the best hair products for curly hair? thanks for the help! :)

I use Paul Mitchell the conditioner, I put it all throughout my hair after I rehydrate and brush through my hair. It works wonders! Also he has a whole line for curly hair, I haven't tried any of the products yet, but they're probably amazing!

My hair is the same I use Cantu conditioner which you can either use as a deep conditioner or as an everyday styling product. Also make sure that you use product that are moisturizing and if you are using a flat iron or blow dryer to use a heat protector. Hope this helps! :)

I have had the same problem and I love the loreal evercurl sculpt and hold cream gel! The only downside is it makes my hair kind of hard, but it calms my bushy hair down and keeps it pretty and curly and shiny! And it doesn't give that wet look that a lot of gels give.
